"When Annette and I decided to purchase a recently released model car we immediately contacted Peter as he came highly recommended by the New South Wales Law Society. We didn’t have the time to deal with salespeople and the services offered by Carpac Automotive seemed the perfect solution for our needs. Nothing could have been more seamless and easy. We decided on the colour, upholstery tinting and protection packages and gave Peter the details. Peter came back with a price, the trade-in value of our existing car and an estimated time for delivery. Due to a change in manufacturer distribution policy the delivery of our car was delayed, but Peter kept us updated throughout the whole process, even giving us the date the car left the factory and was put on the boat to Australia. The information and service from Peter was personal and responsive.

During the delivery period I needed to replace our second car and Peter was able to find a replacement almost immediately. He even drove the car from Sutherland Shire to Pymble to meet my mechanic. “All part of the service”.
